Located just off the interstate.
The last thing you want when arriving at a hotel is to be driving around for ages trying to find it, and luckily, Baymont Inn & Suites Franklin is in a very easy place to get to, just off the interstate. There's plenty of free parking, including for trucks and RVs, and it's close to numerous family attractions.
positive:
Clean and comfortable rooms.
It's the simple things which make a big difference, and a well-cleaned room is one of them. Here, it seems that the housekeeping team does a great job, and rooms are maintained to high standards. Many guests report an all-round comfortable night's sleep.
positive:
Home from home.
It's always a treat to enjoy a cup of coffee and a flick through the daily papers when you wake up, and those are just a couple of the home comforts offered in the rooms here. You'll also have a fridge and microwave to use, and free Wi-Fi so that you can get online and catch up with work or friends.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The towels are below par.
Many guests complain about the state of the towels here. In a standard, mid-range place like this, no-one's expecting luxury, but you should be entitled to a half-decent towel or two. It seems that here, they're just worn out and need replacing - until then, you might want to bring your own.
negative:
Noise from the elevators.
A good tip from previous guests is to request a room away from the elevators, since they make a lot of noise, and if you end up in a room right beside them, you might be kept awake by the constant dinging of the bell and the chat of people dispersing to their rooms. If you can't avoid those rooms, pack earplugs.
negative:
Service can be slow.
While guests generally experience friendly service, it's not always the most efficient. Whether it's a long check-in process, or not being able to find someone to deal with a problem, this can be a real annoyance, particularly if you're in a rush, or you're tired and just wanting to get into your room.
