Positive Reviews
positive:
Access to shopping and Milan's main station
Located just behind the retail district of Corso Buenos Aires, this hotel was very popular with shop-a-holics. In addition to being set close to the city's main train station and Porta Venezia metro station, guests were pleased to find that many of Milan's historic sights - including its gothic duomo - are also within easy reach of this hotel.
positive:
Bountiful breakfast selection
Breakfast is of course the most important meal of the day and hungry guests were certainly not left disappointed by the offerings here. Boasting continental, American and special options for vegetarians and those with gluten or lactose allergies, there was something for everyone at this property. This comprehensive spread was impressive.
positive:
Comfortable accommodation, attentive staff
Rooms were praised for their spaciousness and all-around comfort, but the bigger story, however, is this hotel's attentive staff. In addition to offering help in person, there are consistent reports that the team here also goes out of their way to assist guests with any queries prior to their arrival in Milan.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rock hard mattresses
The mattresses here were just too firm for many, with guests consistently reporting sore backs and poor sleep quality thanks to oddly rock-hard beds.
negative:
Interior and exterior noise
In addition to noisy air conditioning units, guests were also bothered by this property's thin walls. This meant that dins from other rooms was problematic.
negative:
Lacking in style
Despite being a fashion capital, the rooms here seem to be lacking in the décor department. Most also felt that the bedding could use an update.
