Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze looks like an old Zuiderzee village and lies between National Park De Weerribben-Wieden and real former Zuiderzee villages, such as Lemmer, Blokzijl and Urk. Eigen Wijze is a small family park with holiday homes, a camp site and well-equipped group accommodation. There are 3 types of houses on the holiday park; the fishermen's cottages, the lodges and the comfortable homes. The fishermen's houses are on the car-free part of the park. The comfortable homes are more spacious, have a second bathroom and each parking space for 2 cars. The new lodges are slightly smaller, but do have a great covered terrace on the water! All houses have double bedrooms with 2 single box jump beds. These accommodations are also in place i.c.m. group rooms rented out to large groups. Located on the border of the old and the new country, you can choose from no less than three provinces (Flevoland, Friesland and Overijssel) for your trips and a wide variety of landscapes. How about wetlands, forests, flower fields, meadows, reed fields, lakes and cozy Zuiderzeeplaatsjes such as Blokzijl, Lemmer, Kuinre, Urk and Schokland.
