About Poderone

The property with two bedrooms is on the first floor of an ancient cottage recently restored. Poderone is nestled in the hillside with spectacular views across the valley and down to the coast. In clear days you can see the Giglio island. It has its own private garden where you can sunbathe, have a barbecue, or just enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The cottage is part of a small hamlet, called Poderone, made of 9 independent cottages each restored to an excellent standard. The private pool is about 100 meters from the house. At the entrance of the hamlet there is a free parking for the tenants of Poderone. Inside the hamlet there are no paved roads. The cottage, furnished with antique furniture, has a traditional wooden ceiling and terracotta floors. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher a microwave and a washing machine. All the windows have nets against mosquitoes, so you can leave the window open. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Towels and bed sheets are provided as well as fast and free Wi-Fi internet through an antenna.
