We allow check in for healthy guest only. Guest who has fever cannot enter. U will had peace of mind 100% sure .,only healthy people can check in. Amenities temporary close until further notice . cannot enter premises immediate go to hospital. The condo is designed to create that "feel at home" atmosphere, where one can have a good night sleep after a hectic day of doing business or exploring the city. You will be renting the ENTIRE UNIT so you will have a COMPLETE PRIVACY. The building staff and security personnel are polite, friendly, and helpful. It also has 24-hour security upon booking. pls send me there copy of valid government issued id thru chatbox for each guest. so that i can make condo admin pass inside the vicinity Guests can use the swimming pool , basketball court & gym all amenities can be used with a fee of 150 for each guest each day . Hindi po makaka swim pag na saraduhan ng admin office kinabukasan n po ksi sila nag e issue ng swimming ticket Swimming pool open at 7am close at 10:30pm daily Strictly Swimming pool that can be use tower 3 and tower 2 swimming pool Use of amenities is one time only if they want to use it again another fee to be paid at admin office A permit should be secured first from the Admin. Office before used of amenities will process the papers by request to use the amenities like swimming pool . Office is located on p1 and is open Monday - Saturday from 9AM to 6:30 PM admin office is available daily except holiday ., holiday swimming should be inform us earlier strictly 3 days before and paid earlier Rate is 250 per guest automatic expedite process . PAY PARKING Available within Grass Residences, though very limited. Fee: P30 for first 2 hours + P10 for each succeeding hour. Advisable to park at the SM North EDSA parking building instead (above SM Home), which is near the exclusive bridgeway. EXCLUSIVE BRIDGEWAY Located at Tower 1 Carpark Level 2. Open from 8AM until 12MN. Kindly ask the guards for assistance and please refer to map provided Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell. NO COOKING of bad smelling foods like Tuyo, Dried Squid, Bagoong and similar foods, P15,000 penalty if the place stinks of bad smelling food. Were maintaining the area clean and comfortable for client comfortable stay. P30,000 penalty for trashing up or messing up the place. Be mindful on the check out time . Be considerate to the next other client that will book the unit. If they will book for more days. Pls book it on the start of the booking so the date is already reserve for them. Thank you. For security reasons, the building has strict rules that you need to comply with. Once booking is confirmed, please email valid IDs of everyone each person staying in the unit before your date of arrival and checkin, we need to secure a “Guest Form” indicating your name and the duration of your stay and attach copies of of your IDs. You need to show this form to security personnel upon checkin and as needed. We don't live in the same building. But we have staffs that cleans the place and meets with guests to hand over the keys. If you have concerns contact us, the hosts, not the staff 1. Turn OFF the air conditioner (AC), lights, appliances, etc., when leaving the condo. 2. To turn ON the AC: Set at 22 degrees for 5 minutes. Then, gradually decrease the temperature (1 degree at a time) until you reached the desired setting. WARNING: Going straight to the lowest temperature will result to water leakage. 3. Empty the compost (nabubulok) daily, and trash (di-nabubulok) before checking out, or when necessary to avoid attracting insects. 4. Trash room is located at the farther EXIT sign (left side if you are coming from the condo unit, not the one across the condo unit).small room near elevator located 5. Never put any toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Please put it in the bathroom trash bin. 6. To turn ON the TV, refer to the “Guest Guideline” booklet on the side table. 7. No scratches and marks. Please treat our place as you would treat your house. 8. We have provided some children's books. To parents, please guide your children to handle the books with care. 9. SM Mall opens at 10am; SM Supermarket & nearby restaurants (Starbucks, IHop, Jollibee, etc.) open at 8 a.m.. 10. To access SM Supermarket and nearby restaurants before 10 a.m., exit at Gate 1. 11. To access Gate 1: Exit at the back door of Tower 4. Walk along the path until you reach the back door of Tower 1. Enter the lobby, then exit at the main entrance of this tower. Turn to your left until you reach the guardhouse/Gate 1, then turn to your right until you see the mall. 12. To access the exclusive bridge connecting Grass Residences and SM Mall: Exit at the back door of Tower 4 Follow the walk path until you reach the third pool. By the 3rd pool (on your right), you will see a small entrance (with a wheelchair access) to a 6-level parking garage. Take the elevator 1 floor up (2nd floor) or stairs on the right. Then look for the Exit of this floor. This leads you to the bridgeway entrance of the mall. (refer to photo #: 60-67) 13. Water from the faucet is not safe for drinking. Guests are responsible to provide safe drinking water throughout their stay. 14. Our guest booklet has a lot of pamphlets for deliveries on the following: food, water, laundry services, massages, etc.. Don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations. 15. When getting an Uber or Grab: Inform the lobby guards of the license plate of the car that will pick you up. 16. There is no housekeeping during your stay. 17. The couch can be converted into a bed. Move the couch forward by providing enough space to fit in a bed. Pull the headrest towards you until you hear it click, then slowly move it back to its flat position. 18. For the 3rd guest: Extra sheet and blankets are placed in the closet. Please put a sheet on top of the couch when you are setting it up as a bed
