Colosseo Apartments (Rome, Italy)

The apartments were found to be spacious and clean by guests who were happy to have their own kitchen and living rooms. It was like having their own place to stay during their vacation.

The apartments were all located within walking distance from the central attractions of the city. It is also close to various public transportation stops and to restaurants and bars. The apartments were comfortable to explore the city.

The host was found to be friendly and warm to guests. He gave them advice of the area, of places to eat and attractions to see. He also helped them with point and tips to use the household items. He was flexible when problems arised.

The Wi-Fi was thought to be a slow and unreliable service for guests. They felt the Wi-Fi should be quick and reliable since it is a common amenity, yet they found this to not be the case.

Guest found various flaws with the apartment facilities, mentioning that the air-conditioning, water boiler or other facilities were not working well. They would have preferred to have newer house items to use and not have to worry about not being able to

The wait time for the check in was found to be too much for guests. They had to wait outside for quite a while for the host to respond and check them in. For these guests it was unacceptable to have to wait for the check in.
