It's only 8 minutes walk to City Hall and 5 minutes walk to Belfast's famous market. Warm and comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms. The family room has a double bed and one single/twin beds. The other bedroom has one single/twin bed and is a small, but comfortable, box room. The single room faces a main road and there is some traffic noise at busy times. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, giving you maximum sleeping flexibilty. This apartment is not step free. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment. The apartment benefits from not being part of a block. You have direct access to your car; so no carrying luggage through corridors and elevators and no disturbance from neighbours. We have self service check-in, so you can arrive without having to meet us. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on arrival. There's a dedicated parking space, right by the apartment. There's a washing machine and dryer so you can catch up with laundry. The flat has high speed fibre optic broadband. There's a safe for passports etc. There's Internet TV, DVD player and DVDs. There are USB charging ports. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that the dining table seats four people only. Essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, towels, hairdryer, iron etc are provided.
