The staff work very hard and will go the extra mile and do everything they can to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. The reception desk is very efficient so checking in and out is quick and easy and many members of staff have been mentioned by name for always being friendly and always giving you a warm welcome.
Rooms are comfortable with the beds and pillows really cosy and many previous guests have commented on how quiet it is in and around the hotel which means they got a really good night's sleep.
Zurich Airport is less than five minutes' drive away making this an ideal place to stay if you are using the airport and getting here is easy with the A51 motorway passing right by the hotel and there is also a tram stop just a few minutes' walk away which goes directly into the centre of Zurich and also direct to the airport.
Some guests expected there to be a free shuttle service provided by the hotel seeing as this is an airport hotel and found it to be quite expensive and in addition it doesn't stop next to the hotel.
The bar is quite dull and has no real atmosphere with not many other guests in there and the restaurant is quite uninspiring, but there are other hotels nearby where you can go for a drink and a bite to eat.
If you don't go down early for breakfast then you may miss out as food is not replenished after other guests have had theirs and the food they do have is quite bland with the bread especially quite dry.
