This hotel resort offers very good value for money with clean rooms which are in a good condition. It has a laidback vibe particularly if guests stay on weekdays, rather than weekends.

Within the resort there is plenty to do in terms of entertainment. Along with live music, there is also a move theater with reclining seats and free movies on show. Guests can book rooms complete with a special entertainment package included. The casino is very large with quick service.

There are a number of cafes and restaurants to choose from and guests found the food to be of a good quality with tasty meals including tender prime ribs. There is also plenty of variety to choose from in the hotel's buffet.

Some found that the reception desk was understaffed and at times, this has led to long delays. Many considered the hotel to be a somewhat old-fashioned, but a lack of staff and slightly out of date interiors are offset by the value price of this resort.

Some repeat guests have found that the casino area remains much the same with the same slot machines. This can make a repeat visit feel a little dull without anything new to try. There is however, the option of trying out other casinos, which are easily accessible by riverboat.

Considering that certain items are complimentary, such free champagne for guests in the VIP area of the casino and special package deals for rooms and entertainment, some were shocked to find that there is an extra daily charge for Wi-Fi. Those staying here may want to factor this extra fee in this into their travel budget.
