Most guests find the rooms to be sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful details such as little lights on the headboard for reading at night in the very comfortable beds. Though the hotel is easily accessible from the nearby A14, traffic noise is not an issue for most guests, who describe as the rooms as peaceful and quiet.

Guests who like to stay in shape appreciate the fitness centre on site, which is open 24-hours and offers reasonably new models of all the basic equipment. The well maintained indoor pool is just big enough for a relaxing swim. The sauna and steam room are also very clean.
