Clean, Affordable Beachfront in Cancun.
Visitors enjoyed many factors about the hotel - the beautiful beach, relaxed atmosphere, the activities, level of cleanliness, the privacy, helpful staff and, perhaps most of all, the price. When considering everything, many guests felt it was worth the money they spent.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Food Woes Abound.
Guests commented that the resort features more American dishes than Jamaican dishes. They also mentioned that the quality was 'so-so' to 'subpar' or nothing to be overly excited about. The kitchen seems to run out of food from time to time too, according to some guests. Overall though, most people had no large issues with the food.
negative:
Garden Views Get Noisy.
Some guests mentioned that when you have a garden view bungalow room it's not far from the disco, which plays music until the wee hours of morning. So depending on where you stay, you may or may not have a restful night.
negative:
Charge for Wi-Fi.
A few guests claim they were annoyed that they charge for Wi-Fi. Since it's in all-inclusive resort many visitors believed this should have been incorporated into the price. So if you want to connect, expect to pay more than your initial booking charge.
