While staying at this property, most of the young guests had a pleasant time as they enjoyed the water slides. The water slides are safe and secure to be used by little kids and supervised by highly trained staff.

Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa's location gives it a tranquil appeal as it's away from the hustle-bustle of the city. Some of the past guests had a memorable stay as they loved the peace around the hotel. There are also great places to walk and jog around the lush gardens and private beach.

As per some of the past guests, their stay at this resort was worthwhile because of the mesmerising views they witnessed. Ocean, beach, pool and resort views delighted visitors and they loved waking up to such nature's true beauty.

While some of the guests felt that the buffet restaurant looked like a dining room or school canteen, some had to wait longer to be seated and then for the food. The restaurants were overcrowded and people were literally fighting to get the food.

At Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa, the rooms get bit noisy especially at night due to the on-site live entertainment. Some of the past guests were unable to get a good night sleep due to the constant loud noise.

The staff at the resort has been appreciated for their friendly service, but there have been instances when guests were not assisted properly because of communication barrier. Guests were disappointed as some of the staff members could not speak or understand English.
