The property will be renovated in late 2015, and many guests feel that it is high time for this work. Though most guests are very pleased with the housekeeping team's work, a few guests did not find their rooms up to the chain's usual high standard.

There is no lifeguard on duty, and the pool fills up quickly with happy kids, to the dismay of some child-free adult guests. Others were irritated that the hotel did not discourage their fellow guests from getting up at dawn to reserve deck chairs and not
