Negative Reviews
negative:
Hotel is a bit far from the city centre
The guests said that the city centre is a bit far away, about 30 minutes by car. When guests use the subway with a direct line to the famous Colosseum, it took about 40 minutes. However, this could be advantageous because you cannot hear any noise from the centre's crowded areas.
negative:
Language barriers may happen
A few cleaners were not able to speak and comprehend English fluently and these caused some misunderstandings according to the guests. The staff handled the conflicts calmly though, and the management genuinely apologised for the troubles.
negative:
Inadequate breakfast food choices
Guests noted that the breakfast was not that varied, but the taste was highly satisfactory. The portions were adequate too, the salad was fresh, and the croissants were baked properly. In addition, there was a bar man who made fantastic coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for the guests to enjoy.
