Camping Village Punta Navaccia lies along the shores of the Natural Park of Lake Trasimeno between Umbria and Tuscany, in the middle of a peninsula amidst nature, relax and comfort. Punta Navaccia covers 70,000 square metres, with large shady places with lake view, 2 swimming pools for adults and children, mobilhomes, mobilhomes for disabled people, Safari Lodge tents and Coco Tents, a small harbor with moorings for 200 boats, a large covered amphitheater for evening shows, maxi-screen, international entertainment, fitness club, Miniclub, playground, disco, tennis, basketball, beach volley, football, table tennis, Dragon Boat trips, use of beach umbrellas and sunbeds at the lake front, landing stages and floating platforms, camper service, adventure park for children, free rent of canoes, barbecue areas for common use, automatic petrol station for boats, a slipway and a crane for boats, plus a café, supermarket, restaurant, free WIFI (100% coverage) and dogs free. We have 4 types of mobilhomes: STANDARD, SUPERIOR, DELUXE, SUPER DELUXE and SUPER DELUXE DELUXE accessible with a ramp for wheelchairs which are fully equipped with wooden verandas, for up to 6 people (4+2) are ± 40 m2 with 1 double room, 1 room with 2/3 single beds, 1 living room with sofa-bed and kitchen, WC, shower, heating, SAT-TV, air conditioning and garden furniture. THE SAFARI LODGE TENTS with lake view are up to 4 people, ± 40 mq, with wooden veranda, with 1 double room with canopy bed, 1 room with bunk bed, a living room with kitchen, WC and shower and garden furniture. THE COCO TENTS with lake view are up to 4 people, ± 25 mq, with veranda, with 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 living room with kitchen and garden furniture. Join our animation staff and take part to our football, volleyball, tennis, table tennis and basket tournements or join aquagym or our walks in the nature. Every year at the end of July the well known Swimming Marathon “Piero Migliorati” takes place from Maggiore Island at the Camping with many participants. The convenient location of the campground makes it easy to reach towns of great artistic and historic interest, such as Assisi, Perugia, Rome, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Orvieto etc., not to mention Tuoro sul Trasimeno itself, the site of the famous battle between the Romans and the Carthaginians in 217 BC, where today one can retrace the various stages of the battle. From the camping there is a large variety of naturalistic itineraries by bike, foot or by horse and wine and olive oil tasting tours.
