Positive Reviews
positive:
Absolutely gorgeous rural setting
The stunning location and grounds are by far the most commented on aspect of Ca Na Xica. Guests absolutely adore the sense of serenity created by both the formal garden, and the lovely hills in the distance. Some find it difficult to believe they are on Ibiza.
positive:
Excellent food at the on-site restaurant
While there are great dining options in the nearby village of Saint Gertudis for those who would like to experiment, guests where immensely impressed with the on-site restaurant. Of particular note were the creativity and attention to detail exhibited by the chef and kitchen staff.
positive:
Spa access included in the rate
Many guests were impressed by the fact that access to the lovely spa was included in the room rate, unlike their experiences elsewhere, where hotels charged extra for this. While there is a charge for actual treatments, these were described as relaxing and rejuvenating.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No tissues in the room
Guests had pretty much nothing bad to say about Ca Na Xica. As a bit of a joke a couple commented that there were no Kleenex tissues in their room, so as to illustrate just how far you'd have to go to get anywhere close to criticism.
negative:
Not close to the clubs
While no guests specifically mentioned this, it should be noted that the hotel is in a rural location, so the clubs of Ibiza Town and San Antonio are some distance away. Guests who want to go clubbing will have a steep taxi fare, or longish drive to and from.
negative:
You won't want to leave
Admittedly a bit of a cliché, but Ca Na Xica seems to be the sort of place that has guests not wanting to leave, and then later wistfully longing to return.
