The staff are reception have been known to be unprofessional and unreliable. Requests for assistance or complaints about the hotel have been met with indifference and an unwillingness to be helpful or flexible. For this reason some guests did not feel like their needs mattered or that they were valued customers. Guests recommended you check the cancelation policies before booking as they are very strict.
