West Waterhead is a family run bed and breakfast in the South Hams situated in an area of outstanding beauty. We are situated in the small village of West Charleton on the outskirts of Kingsbridge. We are the perfect place from which to explore the South Hams. We are in walking distance of the estuary and other pleasurable walks[ South west coastal path]. Beaches [Slapton, Salcombe and South Milton], water sports[ sailing, paddleboarding and canoeing], cream teas, birdwatching, market towns [Dartmouth, Totnes, and Modbury] are just a short drive. Or if you prefer a bus ride there is a bus stop at the top of the lane. We offer a warm welcome, comfortable rooms, a choice of breakfast, and a beautiful garden for relaxing. Our rooms are perfect for everybody including families. The double room with a king size bed overlooks the garden, and has a lovely bathroom. The family room is over two floors with an ensuite shower-room. Downstairs is a comfortable king size bed, upstairs are two single beds, and a sofa bed. Come and visit and enjoy!
