Situated in the ancient village of Marzamemi ,the house overlooks the fifteenth century square dominated by the aristocratic palace of the Princes of Villadora . The living area is located on the ground floor, and consists of two double bedrooms , a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette with an adjoining dining room. It is a characteristic fisherman’s house built according to local tradition with walls in sandstone and a sloping roof with tiles. The building boasts a fantastic 360 ° panorama looking out on the main square of this typical fishing village. The house is very light and airy and also cool and ventilated thanks to the special shape of the interior which is characterized by traditional vaulted ceilings in reeds and plaster . Fully furnished for 4 people, it can accommodate up to six guests thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable , the kitchen is equipped with all amenities including an oven. The laundry room is on the upper floor where there is also an adjoining terrace with shower.
