The food is really good and quality is above standard. Rumour has it that the cheese cake is a treat and the lamb pie is something to try. It's worth it to visit the beer garden as well.

Location Is Great For The Area The location is actually quite nice. The area has plenty of nice trails and is very close to the sea. Attractions like Folly Farm and Oakwood are worth a visit. The ambience is something to take advantage of while you are there.

If you get a room with a view, it adds to the tranquil surrounding of the inn and the view of the coast is lovely.

The hotel advertises free Wi-Fi but it's nowhere to be found, or perhaps it's simply impossible to connect.

The place needs an upgrade. All the facilities leave a lot to be desired. Beds creek, poor bath facilities, the décor is not up to standard. There is only a hook on the back of the door to hang clothing. This could pose a problem if there is more than two of you in a room. It can be noisy as well, but if you can sleep through all the disturbance you won't have any problem. That's if the mattress does not have your back aching in the morning! Overall, the décor is shabby.

The inn is under new management. Hopefully, this will give the place the upgrade it so badly needs and will eventually expose the potential of this beautiful place. New staff will probably be or should be one of the new management's first endeavours. The staff's attitude is quite off-putting.
