The guest house Le Roc sur l'Orbieu is installed in the medieval castle of St Pierre des Champs, in the Corbières Aude, near the village of Lagrasse, ranked one of the most beautiful villages of France. This site knew the crusades against the Cathars and military architecture has been modified over the centuries by the villagers. Structures found in the ruins have been restored and retained. You will find peace, serenity and an atmosphere that will remind you of childhood memories. You can radiate around to visit the Cathar castles, abbeys, enjoy the sea or hiking on foot or by bike. On returning at the end of the day, you will find the terrace and pool (swimming against the current) in summer or wood fire in winter to spend a good evening beside, drinking good Corbières wine and tasting the seasonal dishes prepared by the owner for breakfast (included in room rate) and dinner. Small intimate gardens, flowering terraces, sun loungers give you the opportunity to relax. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WIFI.
