    Located in the north of Sicily, facing the Aeolian Islands (Lipari, Salina and Filicudi), Al Palmento invites you to this land perfectly suspended in time between past and present, sea and mountain. Look about our trips and book your perfect stay. Our location allows you to visit every day a very special place in the Nature of green area of Sicily: Nebrodi Park, that boasts the Catafurco waterfalls, Lake Biviere (1200 a.s.l.) and view of Mount Etna from there. In our country you can taste local food and traditional cuisine sourced from the Nebrodi National Park: the black boar, the maccheroni rolls (fresh pasta rolled within layers of aubergine and sprinkled with salty ricotta), the grilled mutton, the bread baked in wood-fired oven. This food is a souvenir to all those who came to spend their holiday at Al Palmento. Book a barbecue day in pine forests and woods with us!
