Positive Reviews
positive:
Amiable staff, tasty Italian food on offer.

positive:
Modern rooms with great soundproofing.
Guests reported finding modern, good-looking and spotlessly clean rooms, with very comfortable beds, and a good standard of Wi-Fi (apparently this works long as you have the large flat-screen TV turned on). The rainshowers were also popular with many guests and the soundproofing meant that traffic noise from outside was not an issue.
positive:
Close to Central Station, handy transport links.
The hotel is said to occupy a handy location, close to underground and overground Metro lines, the Munich Central Station, and trams, meaning that guests were able to reach Christmas markets, the old city, Oktoberfest and Marienplatz with ease. Having said this, some people thought the location was central enough to explore Munich by foot anyway.

Parking issues, smaller rooms, city distance.
Those who stayed at Vi Vadi Hotel Bayer 89 mentioned only a small number of issues, namely: that a few people thought it was a little too far away from the city centre, that the parking was occasionally thought a bit hard to find and inconvenient to access, and a few guests also thought the rooms were on the small side, but still manageable.
