Guests thought that the welcome was quite perfect with leis and fresh fruit watered by offered and the staff being helpful and efficient.

The standard rooms and suites are spacious and the villas even include kitchens and washers and dryers, which guests seemed to appreciate. They liked the subtle Hawaiian décor with special Disney touches and the wonderful amenities like private balconies, soaking tubs and electric drink coolers.

The hotel provides guests with multiple options such as an infinity pool, a lazy river, a Jacuzzi and a children's pool among others. Guests stated that these combined with the hotel's private lagoon beach were ideal for a Hawaiian vacation.

The hotel is a 40-minute drive from Waikiki and guests felt that there weren't enough activities nearby. They recommended renting a car to be able to explore the island and enjoy the local cuisine at one of the island's restaurants instead of limiting yourself to the immediate hotel area.

Guests reported that in order to get your children into the kids club, you'd have to line up for one to two hours in the early morning to get a spot. Even then, access is not included and you'll end up paying for a set rate for the daily activities.

Guests noted that there were not enough chairs by the main pool, so unless you arrive early in the morning you'll have to do without one. They also noted that there weren't always enough paddle and boogie boards, kayaks and tubes available.
