The property has an extremely good location according to guests, just a five-minute walk from the famous Kyoto station where routes to many of tourist destinations stem out in all directions. Moreover, it is also very near to the beautiful Kyoto Castle, as well as the nearby parks.

Guests were able to enjoy free access to the relaxing facilities in the building. On the eleventh floor is a hot bath for men. There are also hot pools and a sauna that every guests can access, perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day of touring around the area.

There were no complaints about the complimentary Internet service. In fact, many guests were even able to enjoy streaming videos and enjoying social media on select hours. Guests who stayed here had a stress-free experience surfing the web with their own devices using the hotel's free Wi-Fi.

Small, compact rooms
Rooms are extremely small. This issue cannot be stressed enough, as every guests seemed to point this out. Travelling with just two suitcases was already a problem to many. Bathrooms, dressers, and closets are also small and compact as well.

Staffs barely speak English
Many guests had difficulties talking to the staff members, as they are not very fluent in speaking English. Although they were respectful and friendly, staff seemed to be of not much use, according to reviewers, for they were unable to answer questions and accommodate requests.

Hard and small beds
Like the facilities, beds are also small. Aside from its size, guests also complained that the beds and pillows are rock-hard. Some guests even remarked that sleeping on the floor is better, as the space and material of the sleeping amenities are uncomfortable.
