Negative Reviews
negative:
Disappointing A-La-Carte breakfast menu
Aside from the lack of variety, most guests were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast food. They offer plated or ala carte meals and not buffet. The selection was also quite limited to Asian or Filipino dishes, which were difficult for tourists so they had no choice but to look for other restaurants.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi connection within the hotel
Most guests especially those on a business trip had issues with the poor quality of Internet within the hotel. They could not connect using their laptops or smart phones most of the time and the Internet signal was very weak inside the rooms.
negative:
Rooms facing the street can be very noisy
Due to its nearness to noisy bars and clubs, guests had various noise issues. The rooms facing the streets are the worst, and guests can hear all kinds of noises from the outside such as loud talking and loud street parties.
