Considering a place like Porto that contains so much to see, guests were pleased that the hotel was close to the train network and that to move around by car was also an easy way to access the city and its surroundings.

Guests were delighted to find clean and comfortable rooms. In addition, many report that the atmosphere of the accommodation was heightened by the stylish modern design of the rooms. It was a bonus that the rooms were fresh and always kept clean.

The matter of internet availability only in selected parts of the hotel was a disappointment for many guests. Guests have reported that although Wi-Fi is free, it is only available on the ground floor in public areas but does not include rooms. Therefore, many faced unforeseen costs to enable Wi-Fi in rooms. Overall, guests were not happy with this internet arrangement.

Guests were dissatisfied to find that instead of the safe being in the room, they had to go to down to the lobby to access their safe. This was a slight inconvenience for many when needing to store and access precious belongings.
